Refund & Returns Policy
At Blackstone Sport (Dongguan) Technology Co., Ltd., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Due to the nature of our products (wholesale and custom-made clothing), our refund policy varies based on the type of purchase.
- Custom-Made Orders (Non-Refundable)
Confirmation Process: Before production begins, we provide images/videos of materials, design proofs, or samples for your approval. Once you confirm, the order enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded (as it’s tailored to your specifications).
Exceptions: If the received item significantly differs from the approved design (e.g., wrong fabric, pattern errors), we will rectify the issue via re-production or partial refund (case by case).
- Wholesale/Ready-to-Ship Items
Unopened Products: Eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery . Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Opened Products: Subject to a restocking fee (10–20%) unless defective.
If the product you received is damaged or missing, we can reissue it. A small amount of thread ends, printing color difference, etc. left during production are not quality issues.
If the buyer unilaterally applies for a refund for any reason, the buyer needs to pay the shipping fee
- Quality Issues & Defective Products
Report Within 7 Days: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Resolution Options:
For minor defects (a little loose threads), are not quality issues
Free Repairs/Replacements: For major flaws (fabric defects), we’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement.
- Return Shipping Costs
Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs.
Non-Defective Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
- Non-Refundable Items
Customized/final-sale items (e.g., logo embroidery, personalized designs).
Items damaged due to customer misuse (e.g., improper washing).
- How to Initiate a Return
Email [Your Support Email] with:
Order number.
Photos/videos of the issue (for quality claims).
Reason for return.
We’ll respond within 3 business days with instructions.
- Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and may take 5–10 days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method. - Global Customers
Duties/Taxes: Refunds exclude original shipping fees and import taxes.
Return Address: Provided upon request (may vary by region).
